Jessica grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and Tucson, Arizona and earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. She always knew she wanted to be a doctor and is proud to specialize in integrative family medicine with a focus on holistic care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona and completed her residency at Swedish Family Medicine Residency in Seattle, and also completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
Jessica seeks to address the whole patient in each encounter. She aims to connect with patients on a genuinely personal level and use this relationship to promote not only physical health, but also emotional and spiritual well-being.
She is thrilled to practice in Vera Whole Health’s innovative healthcare model and be part of this remarkable team! When she’s not doctoring she can be found playing around with her husband and two kids, cooking, practicing yoga, hiking, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
