While she’s been a life-long fitness aficionado, Kristin’s interest in nutrition and spiritual and mental wellness developed in her early 20’s after she was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, she’s been on a quest to learn what it means to be well in all areas of life.
Her wellness journey has led to certifications in personal training through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, nutrition through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and Health Coaching through Vera University.
Kristin finds that her clients are often surprised at what they accomplish, how great self-care feels, and what a difference it makes. She finds it incredibly rewarding to witness those journeys and a joy and honor to have the opportunity to support others as they work towards positive behavior change.
In her free time you’ll find her exercising, reading, practicing mindfulness, spending quality time with family and friends, or cooking a wholesome meal at home with her husband.
