Harness the Power of Health Coaching

Having trouble shaking a bad habit? Do you keep telling yourself you need to exercise more? Are you struggling to manage stress? Health coaching may be perfect for you. Here’s why:

Most of us don’t have any trouble identifying the specific threats to our health and wellness. It’s following through and addressing them that’s difficult. That’s where health coaching comes in.

A Whole Health Coach facilitates the process of behavior change and helps you create a personalized action plan. During an 8 to 12-week process, you can expect your coach to listen, ask powerful questions and hold you accountable to your commitments.

Annual Whole Health Evaluation

The Annual Whole Health Evaluation is the best way to get the most out of the Vera Whole Health clinic. It’s made up of three parts. You can complete one part at a time or multiple parts at once.

  1. Biometric Screening – some quick measurements and a blood draw (finger stick) to get your numbers.
  2. Provider Wellness Exam – meet with a Vera provider for health history and any current health issues.
  3. Introduction to Health Coaching – meet with a Vera coach to learn what health coaching is and how it can really help you.
